Annandale - New home.

This was a difficult access project which required the demolition and removal of the existing house. Once the site was cleared it became apparent that the neighbouring property required underpinning. The construction used a combination of brick steel and timber frame with timber cladding to maintain the “cottage look”. The majority of the material handling was via the small rear lane requiring some good PR work with the neighbours to keep them on side!

The design was to create 5 separate levels with living/family areas to the lower and mid levels and bedrooms to the upper levels. The top level achieving stunning views across the harbour and over the city. The lower level opens out onto a large timber deck area surrounding the in-ground pool on one side and onto the large garden area on the other side.
